I am writing this letter to commend the performances of two members of your technician staff, both of whom performed extremely well during the installation of a dishwasher in our home. We don’t know their surnames, but their first names were Michael and Chas.
As your records probably show, two attempts at installation were required because the originally purchased unit did not fit under the existing countertop. At the suggestion of Michael, we contacted the salesperson and were able to arrange for an equivalent substitute unit with the appropriate dimensions. Chas installed the latter in a most satisfactory manner.
Both technicians were knowledgeable, careful, efficient, and extremely polite and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Our experience has shown that service personnel with these qualifications are hard to find. Your company is fortunate to have them on your staff.

I hereby would like to commend one of your contractors, namely Mr. Kramer.
Mr. Kramer was assigned by Quality Kitchens to connect our ice-maker refrigerator to our water line. He proved extremely knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous: he checked out the entire water line starting in the basement, he discovered a broken valve that was supposed to control the water flow, and he replaced it right away./
